Delete your FestUp account

From the app

This is the fastest route, and the deletion is immediate.

Open FestUp and go to your profile.
Open settings.
Choose Delete my account and confirm.

By e-mail

If you no longer have access to the app, write to gtm@fest-up.com from an address we can tie to your account, or quote the phone number you signed up with. We handle these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile: first name, surname, phone number, date of birth and profile picture.
The events you created, together with their conversation, participant list and photos.
The conversations you created.
The notification tokens registered for your devices.

What may remain

Messages you sent in a conversation owned by someone else stay visible to that conversation's members.
Events created by other people, even ones you were taking part in.
Data our providers keep for legal or accounting obligations — in particular payments, which are handled by HelloAsso under its own retention policy.

How long it takes

A deletion requested from the app applies immediately. Technical copies may remain in our backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
